These are samples or projects I have worked on in the "real world," compared to the projects I worked on in the Project Management and UX certificate courses.
I am always tinkering around websites, apps or programs, and look for ways to improve or make things easier. These are a couple proposals to improve our workflow process and staff engagement as a mostly remote team.
Workflow Processing
After major changes to position requirements, free ECE foundational courses and new funding to make our Childcare Workforce Registry free, there was a significant increase in workload.
As a problem solver I am always brainstorming ways to improve processes, make systems more efficient and make sure our members and stakeholders needs are being fulfilled.
I presented possible solutions to the areas of our team that needed to be improved. The ideas I proposed that were implemented are:

Adjusting the phone schedule to allow more time to dedicate to workflow.

Looking ahead to major projects or events and forecasting them more often at weekly staff meetings.

4th Quarter urgency meeting.
Results:

Improved workflow processing time by 3 weeks in the 4th quarter.

Exceeded our processing goal by 2 days.
